- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Both the casino and hotel are clean and inviting. The pool is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food in both the buffet and lounge is good but while the staff in the lounge Sunday night were great for the buffet Sunday morning and lunch on Monday they were very slow. Had to wait a long time to place our drink order which then it took an even longer time to come (just coffee and water). Had to ask for our bills also. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Good service. Food was nice. They stole all my cutlery before I finished my dinner but whatever who cares. The live band was good too. I never knew that I really needed to hear a country cover of Queens Crazy little thing called love. But that is a suprise thing I guess. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It was my first time at South Beach and it was very pleasant. The rooms are adequate size and bar fridge and coffee maker. Bathrooms are more than large enough. The restaurant was very good and the portion sizes are excellent. The best part of my visit was the staff in the restaurant.
